Easy keto dinner. Tuna patties with asparagus

An easy keto dinner that is ready in less then 15 minutes. 

These tuna patties are light and delicious.  No need for special ingredients as you probably already have everything in your pantry.  Easy to make and ready in 10 minutes. I do apologize as I forgot to get the nutritional information. Each patty is less then 2 carbs 

Ingredients listed: 

2 cans of Tuna

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup shredded parmesan

1 egg

Season to taste I used salt, pepper, and onion powder, with a dash of garlic powder.





Directions : Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Combine all ingredients together. Form patties and place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. These could also be put in the air fryer or even pan fried. This time they were oven baked, but pan frying is also a great way to do these.
